Robert is 13 years old and attends Safety Harbor Middle School. He has been playing piano for 8 years and guitar for 9 years. Robert says that when he broke his knee and was unable to play sports he grew the most as a musician. He enjoys playing multiple instruments, composing piano pieces and aspires to be in the PHUHS Jazz band next year. Robert loves to play guitar with his grandfather.

He is an incredibly strong reader, and is practicing multiple genres of music at this point, including Jazz, Classical, and a variety of contemporary pieces in addition to a few impressive compositions! He is studying material well beyond his years. I am very proud of how he consistently remains diligent with his practice, even with the most frustrating of assignments!” – Dallas Marlow
