Amy Currotto is a singer, actor, and voice teacher from Washington DC.  Amy obtained a Bachelor’s in Music from the University of South Florida and studied acting at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington DC. As a private voice teacher and coach, Amy trains performers specializing in opera, musical theatre, pop, and folk music. Currotto has been teaching voice and piano lessons for nearly ten years and has prepared her students for recitals, competitions, lead roles in school musical productions, and has assisted students in auditioning for college music programs.

Outside of teaching, Amy directs and produces musical theatre productions at the Largo Community Center and is a volunteer singer with the Master Chorale of Tampa Bay and the Florida Orchestra. She is also an active performer in the Tampa Bay area performing in productions with the Tampa Cabaret Society, Carrollwood Players, St. Petersburg Shakespeare Festival, and more.
